UPS/FedEx Standard Ground Service is free to FinnShoes.net customers to all 48 contiguous United States and Canada. Allow 5-10 business days to the 48 contiguous States and 5-12 business days to Rural Routes within the 48 contiguous States.

We offer free shipping to Canada

International Shipping.

We ship internationally for an additional charge of $35.00 for the first item, and an additional $5 per item thereafter.

Alaska, Hawaii and all U.S. Territories and outlying areas shipping. Use: Air (3-5 days), cost, $10 for the first item and additional $5 per item thereafter.

UPS Third Day Air Service is available at an additional charge of $10.00 for the first item and additional $5 per item thereafter, within 48 contiguous United States.

Please note: due to the high demand for certain brands and styles or a manufacturer having yet to receive a shipment. we might be forced to extend the expected shipping date, or we occasionally find ourselves sold out of a particular shoe and unable to fulfill an order.

Return Policy

We encourage you to try your shoes on in your home so that you have no problems with the return. We only ask that you keep them in the condition that you received them.

Return Policy: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a store credit or exchange at any time. Orders can be returned 35 days from when you received them for a credit card refund. Orders received after 35 to 60 days will receive a store credit. (For closeout or discount items, all sales are final. We cannot offer a cash refund, but we will exchange the item or give you a store credit.)

To return an order, simply e mail customer service (service@finnshoes.net) and we will provide you with a return authorization number and a return address. It is very important to comply with this return instruction.
